• Our sales are primarily generated via low cost channels including this web site where potential customers can experiment with our modules at their own pace until they are convinced that our applications will save them significant costs while improving controls and security. As a result we employ fewer sales staff.

Self Help Customer Support

• We do not employ a large group of Customer Support Engineers and ask that you help us keep these costs low by accessing user support through the following channels:

  • Peer user forums
  • Email Incident Reporting

Application Development Sharing

• We have architected our platform so that it is very easy and intuitive for you to configure your modules and as a result we do not have a consulting division to help you develop new applications.
• To continue this significant cost saving we ask that when you develop a module to address a control area specific to your business (e.g. FDA , ISO, OSHA, HIPAA etc.) that you make that application available to the Ivis Community so that other IvisGRC users can benefit from your experience, while hopefully you can benefit from other’s work.
