There are two methods available to leverage the workflow withing Ivis-GRC.

• Scheduled Testing - As part of Compliance/Documentation processes, you have the options to add a Task component to your elements. This Task component gives you a simple task builder which can be used to create Tests for your process controls. These Tests are designed to be scheduled and when launched, the user will complete the form and submit the results for review. Based on the results the Test can be passed or failed by the reviewer. In the event of a failed test, workflow will automatically launch a remediation process.
• On-Demand Tasks - Workflow can also be defined within a process that is intended to be launched On-Demand. Tasks are linked together and Roles are defined to automatically hand off to the next task as items are completed. Decision Gateway elements can also be used branch a flowchart based on the results of a Task.
