Each application comes with extensive wizards to lead users through common development processes. Web based and onsite training pricing will be quoted on request.

Payment of the contracted quarterly fee give customers all functionality updates, bug fixes etc. to current modules.

Each client can open up 1 Email Incident Report (IR) each year for each of their Administrator seat licenses at no charge per quarter. Subsequent IR’s will be charged at $500 per incident. Charges for IR’s that result directly in program code changes, including bug fixes will be credited for the $500 charge.

Telephone support is available on request and will be priced based upon requirements

For security and audit trail integrity Auditor seats will be issued direct to Auditor firms with discrete names and passwords.

Consultants can register for a development instance for free and can transfer work they develop for you to your instances. If you would like a consultant to access your instance(s) you will need to register them for a seat license and pay the appropriate fee for the access level you want them to have.

If you have multiple sites, divisions, subsidiaries etc., and want to manage your compliance separately in each location you can set up separate Ivis instances for a fee of $1,000 per year.

Each enterprise will be supplied at no charge with storage aggregating 100 Gigabytes for each Administrator and Super User seat. Storage space in excess of this aggregate amount will be charged to you, at our cost, plus a 20% management fee.
