The Domain Information field set contains information that represents a specific domain. Here you can name your domain, apply an internet address; specify the domain email address as well as a seed.

| Domain Internet Address* | A general field that may be used as the home http address of the applications in your domain or for other similar purposes as needed. | |
| Domain Email Address* | A general field that may be used as a service email address for the applications in your domain or for other similar purposes as needed. | |
| Domain Seed* | A general field that may be used as label or description of the applications in your domain or for other similar purposes as needed. | |
* Internet address, domain email and domain seed are not used by XBoost. They are provided as a convenience for managing information regarding each domain and may be accessed by your programs.
The Domain Details field set contains additional information about a specific domain.
Public User Account* This field provides the context for initial user access. It may be used as your most general form of access or lowest level of security, such as a guest account.
Public User Group* This field specifies the level of access provided for initial user access.
Web Root Directory The domain’s root directory.
Web Mapping The base or root directory for virtual or alias directory mapping that is commonly used where there is more than one web site being hosted on the same port.
Default Shell Interface This field represents the domain’s default web skin.
* Because XBoost initializes all clients that make http requests to an XBoost context, it is required that you specify a public user account and public user group.
