Select XBoost Administration > User Account Manager
Click “Search User Accounts”.
A list of user accounts is presented on the interface. If you do not see your user account on the first page, click the “Arrow” icon in the bottom right corner of the interface. This will load the next page.
Once you have found the user account you wish to edit, click the account name.
The “Contact” tab should be visible. If not, click on the “Contact” tab.
Use the field set on the right side of the interface named “Basic Contact Information”.
Select “Email” as a contact type and enter your email address in the Contact Value field. You may also enter an Alternate Name for your contact.
After entering your email address click the “Save” icon.
You should now see the email address you just entered listed below the contact entry form.
Repeat the above steps as needed to complete the information.
